AMI Victoria Symposium in Melbourne, July 28

The Australian Marketing Institute (AMI) is holding a one-day symposium on how social networking and fibre-optics have changed the face of businesses. The symposium will be held at BMW Edge in Print company in Melbourne printing services Melbourne and will run from 8 am until 6 pm. Printing companies in the nearby suburb of Print company in Springvale printing services Springvale will be interested in learning how to get the best out of their marketing strategies.

The symposium is entitled People Revolution: Marketing Evolution and will feature several business and government figures. Among those who will be talking at the symposium as the Hon. Bruce Billson, Federal Shadow Minister for Small Business, he will be discussing the challenges that small businesses face. Some of the other speakers expected to appear are: Murray Chenery, the director for marketing at Target who will discuss how his business embraced changes in the marketing world; Joe Hildebrand, a journalist with News Limited will be talking about The Black Art of Crisis Management and what not to do in marketing; Robynne Berg, director of the Berg Consulting Group whose talk will be Blue Ocean Strategy: Creating Revolutionary Business through Value Innovation; and Scott Lewis, head of online and direct sales for Vodafone and 3 Mobile will talk about Creating Better Online Experiences for Prospects in a Competitive Marketplace.

Fees for the AMI Symposium are $495 for AMI members and $595 for non-members. Lunch, morning tea and afternoon tea are included. There will also be a cocktail party from 5:30 pm until 6 pm which will give attendees the chance to network with their fellow business people.
