Make the Most of Your Membership will be held at Sloaney Pony in Port Melbourne on August 4 from 6 to 7pm, admission is free. Since there will be opportunities to network during the meeting,

Caulfield might be busy supplying those who plan on attending with promotional materials such as business cards and brochures.
The Australian Marketing Institute (AMI) began in 1933; it was formed to meet the needs of marketers and to help members maximize their business growth and potential. According to the AMI website the mission of the organization is to promote marketing principles, strive to improve marketing practice and to teach business professionals the latest in marketing techniques. While based in Sydney, the AMI has branch offices in each state.
The AMI has several membership categories: professional, corporate, graduate, student and international. Membership fees depend on which category you choose; for example the professional membership costs $300 a year per person plus a one-time application $55 fee.

The meeting on August 4 will be an excellent networking event where members can have a drink or two, swap business cards and discuss the issues that are important to those in business. Members will also get to meet the executives of AMI Victoria in person.
