Melbourne club impacts Australian taekwondo

While Impact Taekwondo is a relatively new club, it is becoming well-known in the Australian taekwondo circuit. This is because the club sent six of its members to the 2012 Oceania Championships in Hobart in April.
The IT team battled against competitors from Australia, New Zealand, the Cook Islands and Papua New Guinea. They blitzed their competition and came home to Melbourne with 19 medals.
Success like this is very good for a new club. Many parents will have seen how members performed at the contest. Some of them may even be willing to send their kids to the club. Due to this, Impact Taekwondo may want to consider launching a marketing campaign.
The club could employ the services of a print company. Printing companies can create large amounts of flyers and brochures in a short time period. These flyers can be put in letterboxes in Melbourne suburbs like Broadmeadows. If the club sends them out before a new set of classes is due to start, they will experience a boost in memberships. This will increase their profits and raise the profile of their business. Marketing a business such as this also has long-term benefits. If the company needs to raise funds for future competitions, they will have more members to help out with fund raising events and activities. Businesses that have achievements like awards and medals may find noting them on their promotional material will entice new customers to sign up for their services.
