Osborne Park Hospital Nurse of the Year 2011 announced

Theatre nurse manager at the Print company in Osborne Park printing services Osborne Park Hospital, Aleksandra Zivanovic, was named the Karrinyup Rotary Club Osborne Park Hospital Nurse of the Year 2011.

Accredited by the Australian Council on Healthcare Standards, Osborne Park Hospital has the longest accreditation of any metropolitan hospital in Print company in Western Australia printing services Western Australia. It provides comprehensive general and specialist health care services to the north metropolitan suburbs.

A very pleased Ms Zivanovic said that she worked in the very best of nursing positions, with a

"diversity of theatres, different patients and procedures every day.”

She's the one who makes sure everything is as it should be – patients comfortable and secure, the department adequately staffed and everyone adequately supported. That means, among other things, making sure surgeons and staff have the equipment they need in good time, so that everything can function to a high standard.

Cochlear implant surgery is among the many specialist surgery areas that Aleks has helped support at the hospital. Osborne Park is one of the WA hospitals that run the State Government's Newborn Hearing Screening Program.

Aleks was nominated for the award by hospital colleagues and satisfied members of the public. This accolade will be a great accreditation to be mentioned when it comes time for the hospital's Print company in brochure printing printing services brochure printing.

Aleks's win is no doubt a bit of a 'shot in the arm' for the hospital after poor publicity earlier this year, with the tragic death of two new babies while their mothers waited for care. The hospital was undertaking an investigation, though confidentiality applies.
