Print Companies in Osborne Park
Osborne Park grew into a residential suburb north of
Perth in the post-war period, but industrial development was so great by the 80s that now only an area in the north east is still residential. Some older housing remains, but new building includes unit developments in modern styles and materials. There are many warehouses and small businesses, but also larger retailers and supermarkets that service local and surrounding areas.
It's all a very far cry from Osborne Park's market garden origins in the nineteenth century.
Osborne Park's local government body is the City of Stirling.
The concentration of industry, showrooms , retail outlets and offices means that Osborne Park is a significant employment centre for the northern suburbs of Perth. This working population is a good market for print companies, and needs cover business cards and stationery, or course, while local commerce is also a good market for flyers, brochures and
digital printing.
The Osborne Park Hospital is an important local feature, and provides broad specialist health care Perth's northern metropolitan suburbs.
Herdsman Business Park is a recent addition to Osborne Park, and is home to many large commercial interests, including the area's largest employer, West Australian Newspapers.
Osborne Parks residential areas also include small parks, while Herdsman Lake boasts significant open space, used by both locals and regional visitors. This park is also a wildlife sanctuary. Though the suburb is not directly on the sea, locals only need travel a matter of minutes to the ocean beach, something of a boon in WA, which enjoys blue, cloudless skies for most of the year.
Also recently refurbished is the Main Street commercial centre in Osborne Park, which is attracting people from across Perth to specialty stores as well as a fine dining experience at the many mutit-cultural and traditional cuisine restaurants.
