Carols to bring Christmas joy to Wiley Park

November 29, 2018 by

Wiley Park Amphitheatre, not far from Milperra, is set to host its annual Carols in the Park celebrations.

The free night of entertainment will feature a variety of entertainers, face painting and glitter tattoos. Santa will be making an appearance and the event will conclude with a dazzling fireworks display.

The night begins at 5:45pm with pre-show entertainment, the Campsie Salvation Army Band and Singers will take to the stage at 6:10pm. The TAP (Talent Advancement Program) performers will present at 6:45pm, followed by Brittanie Shipway & guests at 7:00pm.

Christian Power and Lonesome Train will perform from 8pm and will be joined by MC and host for the night, presenter, singer and actress, Monica Trapaga.

Santa will make his appearance at 8:45pm followed by a speech from the Mayor. Santa, the Mayor and Trapaga will then lead the countdown to the fireworks. Events like this are often promoted using flyer printing and poster printing services.

Last year’s event saw hundreds of people enjoying the festivities and organisers hope this year’s event will be even more popular.

Carols in the Park will take place at the Wiley Park Amphitheatre on the corner of Canterbury Road and King Georges Road on December 2. Additional details, including the timetable and directions, can be found on the Canterbury Bankstown website events page.
