Tim McMillan and Rachel Snow to perform at Clifton Hill Brewpub

December 26, 2018 by

Popular Australian duo, Tim McMillan and Rachel Snow are returning to home soil for the summer and will be entertaining audiences across Victoria, Tasmania and further afield with their music and yarn-spinning.

With just a guitar, a violin and their voices, the pair’s repertoire covers a range of musical genres including folk, jazz, metal and Celtic rock. Currently based in Germany, the duo regularly performs more than 120 concerts per year and have toured with acts such as Ugly kid Joe and Phil Campbell and the Bastard Sons. Tim was voted one of the top 25 guitarists by Australian Guitar Magazine in 2015.

However, their shows are not just about the music. According to a review on Silver Tiger Media:

“…the duo were quite the storytellers and had the punters in stitches with their wild tales and musical mashups.”

Event organisers and musical acts often use poster printing to publicise their tour dates in order to generate interest from the community.

Tim and Rachel will be performing at the Woodford Folk Festival in Queensland over the New Year and in Tasmania at the Red Velvet Lounge in Cygnet on 18th January. They will also perform at MONA on the 19th.

Tour dates in Victoria include Ocean Grove Hotel on 27th January, and Wandi Pub, Wandilogong on February 3rd. They will be at Clifton Hill Brewpub from 9pm on Saturday 26th January.
