Christmas in Technicolour and night market ahead

November 29, 2016 by

Newmarket, near Fortitude Valley, will soon be hosting a Technicolour Christmas Show and Night Market to delight the whole family.

Presented by the Multicultural Community Centre, this is the first time the event has been held and it will be an opportunity for the whole family to enjoy a musical show entitled ‘Worldwide Saviour’, a nativity display, carol singing and petting zoo, along with many other attractions. Santa Claus has also agreed to make an appearance for the children.

The musical show will be full of colour to entertain spectators. Bright lights will illuminate the evening where food and drink stalls will be present, as well as many craft and produce stalls for those looking for last-minute Christmas gifts and ideas.

The Multicultural Community Centre is active in the community providing assistance to migrants and other culturally diverse people who might otherwise encounter difficulties integrating into Australian life and society.

It is likely that poster printing and flyers will be in use to advertise the show and the market. It is also possible that promotional products will be available at the stalls.

The Technicolour Christmas Show and Night Market will be open on Saturday, December 10 from 4:30 pm to 9:00 pm at the DiverCiti Centre on Foster Street at Newmarket. Admission to the event will be free for visitors of all ages.
