Creek Tigers prepare for Junior Presentation Day

August 22, 2018 by

As the end of the football season draws near Slacks Creek Football Club, the Creek Tigers are getting organised for their Junior Presentation Day which will take place on Saturday 22nd September at the club’s home base in Usher Park, Daisy Hill.

The day will begin at 11.30 with a sausage sizzle, followed by the presentations to the players and helpers at midday. From 1pm there will be a great afternoon of family fun with a giant obstacle course, triple screamer slide and laser skirmish for the older kids and an animal farm and pony rides, for the littlies. Registered players get a free sausage and drink and unlimited rides. Non-players can have unlimited rides for the purchase of a $10 wristband. The canteen and bar will also be available.

The club is currently running a Monster Raffle to help raise funds. Tickets are just $2 each and the club has received great support from many local businesses. Prizes include a $500 gift card from Rebel Sport, a two-night stay for a family of four at Couran Cove Island Resort, a $1000 drafting project from JLA Drafting and many other prizes. The winning tickets will be drawn at the presentation.

When organising fundraising such as this groups often need to use printing services for items such as posters and raffle tickets.
