Event puts Brisbane fashion on world stage

While Print company in Woolloongabba printing services Woolloongabba residents are close to all the action, Print company in Queensland printing services Queensland fashion will reach a greater audience with the 2017 Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival’s (MBFF) latest initiative to stream all runway shows live on Facebook.

The live stream, which will be produced jointly with Brisbane City Council, will allow audiences from around the globe to check out the fashion first hand.

“The live stream will embrace a new dimension of technology that is being utilised by some of the world’s top fashion brands,”

said TV presenter, model and actress Courtney Thorpe who will be hosting the presentations.

“MBFF is the most iconic event on Brisbane’s fashion calendars, so to be part of its return this year is such an honour,”

she said.

Each night the fashion festival’s live stream is set to present an in-depth fashion experience which will include access to exclusive areas.

Courtney said she will also take audiences backstage to witness makeup and hair directions for the shows by professional team members for both Schwarzkopf and Napoleon Perdis.

The VIP Runway Lounge which hosts sponsors, media and celebrities will be incorporated into the live stream for viewers.

Tickets have already sold out to the event to be held from August 27 to 31 at Old Government House.

Brisbane Lord Mayor Graham Quirk praised the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Festival which he said raises awareness of Brisbane’s fashion capabilities in which is considered a growth industry.
