Healthy living highlighted in Epping region

Those in the northern suburbs of Melbourne, such as Epping, will be treated to a unique event in the name of seeking alternatives for healthy living and eating at nearby Bundoora.

The Zenith Food Festival combines food trucks and market stalls to promote education and experimentation in healthy choices. Presented by Zenith in the introduction of its ‘Stand for Something’ campaign, there will be four food trucks alongside a vegan marquee, as well as suppliers and producers of health products staffing 14 market stalls.

Zenith was created by Christopher Irving as a means of bringing together health professionals who are leaders in their fields to make a difference in the health of the community.

Visitors will be able to take advantage of health assessments and training, as well as having access to information on any health concerns or interests, including such diverse subjects as physiotherapy, nutrition, and psychology. Healthy food and drinks will be available from the food trucks and live music will provide entertainment. These kinds of awareness events are likely to use flyers and poster printing.

The Zenith Food Truck Festival can be found at 4 The Concord at Bundoora between 5:00 pm and 10:00 pm on Friday, April 7. Visitors of all ages are welcome, but children must be in the company of an adult.
