Hills District property complex advertised

A commercial and residential property within Glenorie has been prepared for auction.

The property in question is located in the Hills District and is not too far away from the centre of Sydney. The development is situated on the Old Northern Road.

Sandy Ward, a property agent, has highlighted the distinctiveness of the stores and residential units. Brochures from Castle Hill may be used to showcase buildings in the northern suburbs of the city.

With regard to the Glenorie property, Ward explained:

“We think that it will appeal to a mum and dad investor because the returns are better than a residential property. It’s well known to Sunday drivers and locals — there are always people sitting outside having a cup of coffee.”

The Glenorie development can deliver a return of almost 6%, which may mean that the owner could obtain a gross income of over $100,000.

The property has been owned by Lindsey and Shaun Atkinson. They decided to offload the development to enable them to journey to Britain. Their trip has become necessary as their relatives have become elderly and require looking after.

Ms. Atkinson enjoyed using the property as an entrepreneur. The boutique she managed won over many local people, and also attracted abundant interest from many of the people passing by. The Atkinsons have not yet upgraded the flat above the shop because of a lack of time.
