Home improvement ideas aplenty at upcoming show

The Housing Industry Association will be bringing the HIA Home Show to Melbourne to inspire home improvement enthusiasts.

The latest local and international home innovations and design ideas will be presented, with over 280 suppliers displaying their products. The Hub Stage will have a large program of free seminars for visitors to attend over the four days, such as kitchen designs, landscaping ideas and tips on maximising the space available, and will include a number of live auctions

Experts will be on hand to provide advice on how to best initiate planned renovation ideas. Visitors will have the opportunity to enter competitions for the chance to win prizes, including a shopping spree and a bathroom package. There will be food and drink available at cafes scattered throughout the show. Show bags will be distributed, which are likely to contain catalogues and discount offers. It is likely that promotional products and business cards will also be used.

The Melbourne Home Show will be open at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre at Southbank from this Thursday, April 20 to Sunday, April 23 from 10:00 am each day. Thursday and Sunday will close at 6:00 pm and Friday and Saturday will stay open until 9:00 pm. The show is open to all ages. Entry is free to children under the age of 14.
