New apartments to come to Rockingham

Blackburne’s new project – the Azure Beachside Apartments in Print company in Rockingham printing services Rockingham – has moved into the construction stage. The new development will bring new and fresh vibes to Rockingham which is becoming an increasingly popular area.

According to Paul Blackburne, Founder and Managing Director of Blackburne, the Azure project is expected to be finished by late 2018. The completion of this project will coincide with the finishing of the first stage of the Rockingham Foreshore Redevelopment project.

Mr. Blackburne has also indicated that the Azure apartments have received a positive market response from potential buyers. Following a recent surge in sales at the development, around 60% of the units have now been sold, with most buyers being owner-occupiers.

One of Print company in Western Australia printing services Western Australia’s largest scale builder, Pindan, is responsible for the Azure project. Pindan has previously completed a few well-regarded apartments in Mandurah, Subiaco and Claremont.

According to Barry Sammels, the mayor of the City of Rockingham, the population of Rockingham is expected to go through a 40% growth in the following 10 years. The Azure project will prepare high-quality housing to cater for the population spike in the increasingly popular coastal area.

The Azure development consists of one, two, and three-bedroom units, with a starting price of $405,000.

The news may prompt local homeowners and investors to go through the pile of business cards in their drawer to contact their favourite real estate agent for some advice.
