Rockpool Dining Group expands in Castle Hill

Rockpool Dining Group (RDG) is growing and it will open a restaurant within Castle Hill.

RDG wants to be worth $1bn before 2022, and is committed to a significant expansion to make that happen. Printing services can be useful in the leisure sector.

During the month of June, a Castle Hill venue will be opened, forming part of The Bavarian range. Thomas Pash, the chief executive at RDG, told Hospitality Magazine:

“Since the acquisition of Rockpool Group we’ve modified our growth plan and decided to shift our fast-casual focus to the Burger Project brand, which is delivering a solid and improving return to the Group. In addition, our casual restaurants – The Bavarians, Fratelli Fresh and El Camino Cantina – are expected to accelerate growth across the Australian market.”

Pash underlined the potential value of The Bavarian eateries. He views these casual restaurants as a winning brand, and believes that Australia could accommodate over 100 of these outlets one day.

The Bavarian brand should become much better known in New South Wales over time. There are concrete plans to open a restaurant in Bondi Junction during August.

RDG does not simply have domestic aspirations. It is looking around the globe for appropriate locations. By the middle of the next decade, it could have opened restaurants in Shanghai, Singapore or Los Angeles.
