St. Leonards appears in list of 2018 hot Sydney suburbs

Douglas Driscoll, CEO of real estate group Starr Partners, has shared his opinions on the top 10 suburbs of Sydney that may boom in 2018.

According to Driscoll, who has extensive experience in the real estate industry by leading an award-winning real estate business, several Sydney suburbs may be the hotspots of the upcoming year. St. Leonards, Leppington, Alexandria, Miller, Kellyville, Leonay, St Ives Chase, Gymea, and Liverpool were all listed as ones to watch.

Although St. Leonards used to be known as a place to stop by just for a short transit, the suburb is now transforming into one of the hottest places to own a property. Apartment redevelopment taking place in this suburb is making it increasingly competitive among neighbouring suburbs, which are generally bigger and more renowned. Residential interest is expected to increase significantly and even double in size within the following 15 years, due to the existing main rail line in the area.

Real estate agents have valuable insider tips on the property market to suit all the needs of home buyers, investors, and sellers, suggestion that now may be a good time to begin collecting some business cards of the real estate agents in their area, if house hunters are to be well prepared for grabbing their desired property in the upcoming year.
